Our Vacation to Savannah, GA
November 15-22, 2008
I love Savannah, Georgia. Savannah is as beautiful as Boston, with friendly people, plenty to do and see, historical plaques at every corner, and great restaurants. I could move there tomorrow. Enjoy some of the over 1,000 pictures I took over this past week.
We did plenty of sight seeing. Walking along the Savannah River, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. A couple of candy shops plied the age-old trade of making handmade pralines. . . of which we enjoyed plenty during the week. We enjoyed street musicians playing along the waterfront, took a ferry tour across the River, and saw an old sailing ship.Click on the thumbnails to see each picture.
