own.

We met in 1999 at the
P.G. Wodehouse
Convention in Houston, TX and visited each back and forth in Massachusetts and
South Carolina as often as we could. I proposed on October 8, 2001 in
Charleston, South Carolina, and Jennifer surprised me by agreeing to put up
banns. After a suitable period, there being no objection or opposition,
we were married on October 12, 2002 in Omaha,
NE at the Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast in front of our family and friends. We
honeymooned in September 2003, visiting Jennifer's family in Florence,
SC and spending a few days in Asheville, NC at the historic Wright Inn. |
In between get-rich quick schemes and restoring our
Queen Anne home, we have
combined our interests to a happy routine of sitting on the porch with our
neighbors, grilling, spoiling our puppies, and working on the garden. We've
managed to squeeze in a few trips in the last few years, and we'll put
pictures up on other pages: Emily and Jan's wedding in 2002, our trip to
Asheville in 2003, Mark
&
Molly Habemehl's wedding in 2004, and other
adventures. And there's always
my blog for the day-to-day erratum
of our life.
So what the devil is
the Drones Club, anyway?

home in time for dinner.
